Villa Relaxa is located in the famous San Jaime urbanization on the coast of Benissa, with its famous coves along the coastal road between Moraira and Calpe, the villa is less than 10 minutes drive to the main beaches of Moraira, a beautiful and charming town that has become a major tourist spot in recent years due to its wonderful coastline. The town of Calpe is just 15 minutes drive away.

The villa enjoys a perfect relaxing atmosphere with sea views and a high level of privacy. Only 2 minutes from the Ifach Golf Course, tennis courts and a restaurant. The supermarket and many restaurants and shops are 2 km away. Relaxa offers parking for 2 cars, from where we head to a wonderful and spacious covered terrace with a chill-out area in front of the private pool, which in turn is surrounded by a large terrace with sun loungers, parasols and an outdoor dining area with a built-in barbecue, all on one level and surrounded by a beautiful Mediterranean-style garden.

All accommodation is located on the lower level of the villa, the upper floor remains closed and unoccupied during the rental months. We access the lower level from the pool terrace to the open kitchen with dining table, with Sat + TV, a double bedroom with A/C and ensuite bathroom with shower and another double bedroom with A/C and ensuite bathroom with a shower. The washing machine is located in a separate room next to the pool, as well as an outside toilet.
