DESCRIPTION:
Nestled on two levels, this villa offers three bedrooms. The first has a double bed, the second has two twin beds, while a master suite has its own bathroom and privileged access to the terrace. Bathroom with shower, double sink unit and WC.
On the first floor, the living room offers a breathtaking view of the sea and the swimming pool. A large living room including an equipped kitchen (+electric grill), a living room, a veranda with dining area and a furnished terrace.

EXTERIOR SIDE:
From the 50m2 terrace, the view opens onto the 8x4 meter swimming pool. Pool furniture (deckchairs and parasol) is available. The terrace is accessible from both levels of the villa. A well-maintained garden is home to various trees which provide freshness on beautiful summer days. The property is completely fenced.

SITUATION : This villa is located in Cumbre del Sol, Benitachell, just 15 minutes drive from the resorts of Moraira and Javea providing easy access to services and sandy beaches. Two kilometers from the famous CALA MORAIG and close to the La Granadella natural park. This villa is the ideal starting point for hikes to coves with crystal clear waters. Supermarket, doctor, pharmacy, restaurant, equestrian center, tennis and golf nearby.

Important notes:
A car is necessary to fully enjoy the region. The house has stairs and is therefore not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
