This spacious villa is situated in a small village called Lisičić, near Benkovac city. It is located on a secluded area with just a few neighbors surrounded by olive trees and vineyards. Complete privacy is provided.



Villa consists of 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 3 living rooms, 2 kitchen, sauna, jacuzzi and a game room. For those who want to stay active on their holiday there is a gym. All you could hope for, for a relaxed and fun vacation. It can accommodate up to 12 people.

Exterior is very spacious with large swimming pool and sun loungers. There is a barbecue with stone table where you can enjoy in traditional Dalmatian specialties.

The nearest beach is located in Karin Donji. You have opportunity to experience the old way of life through meals, wine and customs of our hospitable people. Visit the famous vineyards and treat yourself with the pleasure of tasting top quality wines.

Wundervoller Aufenthalt für zwei Wochen im August 2019

Wir waren vom 15. - 29. August 2019 in diesem wundervollen Objekt in toller Lage mit 3 Familien ( 12 Personen ) . Wir haben uns in diesen 2 Wochen sehr wohl gefühlt. Das ganze Haus ist in einem top Zustand. Bettwäsche und Handtücher waren vorhanden und wir wurden nach einer Woche Aufenthalt auch gefragt, ob wir neue Bettwäsche und Handtücher wollen. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Man kann sie auch problemlos erreichen wenn ein Problem auftritt. Also wir zwölf können dieses Objekt mit bestem Gewissen weiterempfehlen. Danke für die wundervolle Zeit. Mit lieben Grüßen an die Familie Balen Familie Pfeiffer, Baumann und Reiber
