I expected at least complimentary bottled water, iron, and ironing board in the room. The restaurant menu is very limited. Half of the menu items were not available. Also no coffee maker in the room. The rest was ok, not great

Escolhemos o hotel por conhecermos a rede Dall’onder e a sua qualidade, porém a experiência ficou bem aquém, com hotel lembrando um padrão Íbis. Atendimento é bom, mas frio. Quarto pequeno, duas camas de solteiro juntas para formar a de casal e travesseiros péssimos. Mas nada supera a questão dos elevadores, reclamação que ouvíamos de muitos hóspedes. Esperávamos algumas vezes de 10 a 15 minutos para descer, principalmente por estarmos no terceiro andar. No mais, estrutura nova e bonita, café da manhã bom e localização contam também como pontos positivos, mas o outro hotel da rede (e outros de Bento) embora mais antigos, oferece uma hospitalidade e conforto mais propício para viagem em família. Esse hotel parece mais para viagem a negócios e feiras.

Tive problemas com o secador que nao funcionava, ou melhor, estava superaquecendo. Entrei em contato e pedi que trocassem/arrumassem e nao apareceu ninguém. No outro dia de manhã pedi novamente o conserto, o que tbem não ocorreu. Fiquei sem secador. O café da manhã é de baixa qualidade, muitas opcoes todas com gosto de nada, sem falar na barulheira do salão por ser muito grande. Não recomendo, tem outras opções melhores, o Lagheto ali perto, por exemplo.

Ótima estadia. Staff atencioso. Um restaurante dentro do hotel e outro bem em frente. Muito conveniente. Vista da cidade. Unica ressalva é não ter duchinha higiênica no banheiro. Banho quente excelente. Café da manhã excelente.

Estadia razoável!

Razoável, pouco atenciosos nas solicitações na recepção, limpeza do quarto sem fazer em um dos dias, apesar da solicitação pendurada na porta, café da manhã com muitos itens mas os produtos de panificação de baixíssima qualidade, na cozinha, ovos mal feitos, tanto os feitos na chapa, quanto os os ovos mexidos, a mesa de frutas muito boa, bem completa!
