Todas as vezes que eu fiquei em um hotel da Rede Tri, eles corresponderam a expectativa, o de Bento Gonçalves é muito bem localizado , tem uma arquitetura bonita, é um prédio novo e muito bem cuidado, adorei a estadia, a piscina é ótima e é um ótimo custo-benefício

Lugar para não voltar. Banheiro com um box pequeno e água que não esquentava o suficiente. O ar condicionado dos quartos não funcionam, sendo melhor usar a ventilação vinda da janela, minha filha trocou de quarto e não adiantou. Difícil acesso ao estacionamento e péssimo café da manhã, onde os pães estavam duros, suco de uva produzido na região de péssima qualidade. O pior dos hotéis onde fiquei em Bento, não vale a economia. Deveria ser descadastrado da plataforma.

Antes do check-in eles me enviaram mensagem e foram muito gentis, inclusive disponibilizando entrada antecipada sem custo, o que é raro. A equipe muito gentil, limpeza impecável ( viajo muito e há tempos não pegava um hotel tão limpo). Café da manhã variado, tudo muito gostoso e uma reposição rápida mesmo próximo do encerramento, funcionários sempre sorrindo e prontos pra ajudar. Jantei 2 noites no restaurante do hotel, uma sopa de capeletti deliciosa preço justo. Boa estrutura, piscina climatizada na cobertura, tudo muito limpo. Me deram um upgrade pra quarto triplo sem pedir. O quarto tinha uma sala com TV, frigobar.., cama king muito macia, roupas de cama de 1ª, banheiro amplo com ducha deliciosa. A única observação é que os quartos precisam de uma pintura. Ótima localização , atravessando a rua tem um shopping pequeno mais com um mercado muito bom. Gostei demais do hotel !!

O hotel precisa de reforma. O quarto é de bom tamanho, cama confortável, tem armário e gavetas. Tem um frigobar, uma poltrona e uma escrivaninha com cadeira. O cofre não funcionava. A recepção disse que não podia resolver porque não tem ninguém da manutenção trabalhando no domingo. Ofereceram trocar de quarto mas não quis porque é muito trabalho. Fiquei sem o cofre a estadia toda. As paredes parecem sujas, o teto do banheiro com pintura descascando, tudo velho. Meu marido teve crise de asma com o ar condicionado. O banheiro tem bom tamanho e uma boa bancada na pia para apoiar as coisas. O chuveiro é bom e a água bem quente e aquece rápido. Pessoal da recepção bem prestativo e simpático. Café da manhã bom e com reposição bem rápida e staff bastante atencioso. O estacionamento (pago à parte) também foi meio caótico por causa do feriado do Carnaval. A localização é boa. Perto de um shopping que tem um supermercado dentro e perto de comércio e lugares para comer.

Quarto honesto, bom banheiro, mais simples, atendimento dos funcionários do restaurante excelente. destaque para o Jonathan. Todos muito atenciosos e educados. Ótima equipe também de funcionários jovens na recepção. Muito pró ativos. A televisão não tem canais bons, ao contrário, precisa urgente de mudanças. Não há como assistir a netflix ou outros streams. As toalhas são bem simples e pequenas, assim como os sabonetes. Resumindo boa localização, ótima equipe de funcionários né treinados e simpáticos, sem exceção, mas quarto com amenidades simples.

O serviço de limpeza deixou a desejar. O box ficou durante seis dias cheia de cabelo. Havia um papel molhado ao lado do vaso que ficou por 4 dias. Era papel limpo, mas havia poça de agua. As toalhas so colocavam 2, sendo um quarto triplo. Haviam dois copos. Papel acabou e tudo eu tinha que ligar. O telefone não funcionava direito. O chão sujo e os lençóis não foram trocados. Ficavam embolados por debaixo do edredom. O café da manhã só tinham várias opções de quinta a domingo, o resto eram poucas opções.
