This Lake house has a massive 1400 sqft entertaining deck with built in tiki bar, natural gas grill dart board and entertainment area. Catch the best sunsets from the multi level deck. Whole house Sonos system. All your water needs. Kayaks, 5 person peddle boat, beach volleyball, water basketball, bags. Swim out island for the kids or adults to layout. We have all the sand toys the kids will need. Floats, noodles and rafts for the kids. 15’ Fire pit gathering for 15 people for the best roasting marshmallows event!! 20 foot tree swing that the kids will have endless hours of fun. Jungle gym coming 2022. Huge lawn on waterside to play football, soccer baseball or whatever your heart desires. Plenty of space on our 120 foot pier to bring your own boats or our New pontoon is for rent at 350$ a day.
