We enjoyed our stay. The rooms were comfortable, quiet, and clean. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We loved that the hotel made an effort to be environmentally and bike friendly. The hotel is in a convenient location near many restaurants and shops. The Asian restaurant at the hotel is excellent and the hotel lobby is very nicely decorated. Be aware that this is a concept hotel and by design, the rooms are very small.

Love this hotel. Friendly staff check in. We were a little early so they upgraded our room for free. Very clean. Great location right off the Historic Square. We were able to park in the nearby public lot so no need to pay for valet. The coffee is very good in the lobby. The room was quiet for sleeping.

From check in with a very helpful and nice receptionist. To the restaurant and bar on site with delicious food and great drinks. The room was a perfect size & very clean. And the hotel is in a great location. You can walk to the city center as well as many different restaurants.

All of the above… and then some. The room was spotless, the staff was genuinely awesome, and the amenities were clearly designed by people who actually understand travelers and mountain bikers. Bike valet, bike rentals, record players in the room with unlimited vinyl, and a front-row seat to the Christmas parade like it was VIP seating. I came for a night and left feeling like family. Cold temps, warm hospitality — The Motto nailed it.

This place was perfect! I needed a little weekend getaway and this was right in the heart of downtown bentonville. The only downfall was parking. Check out the sushi restaurant and bar. One of the best old fashioned I’ve ever had.
