Hip place to stay in downtown Bentonville. Fireplace, wood, and green plants makes the lobby a warm and inviting place to meet up with friends. Only criticism is the rooms are minimalist and on the small side. A little odd that bathroom sink is in the bedroom. But I would still highly recommend to hotel. Gracious and helpful staff.

The property was great but the bunk rooms should be explained. We had a dinner engagement so we just put our luggage in the room and went to dinner. By the time we came back we discovered the bed was only a foot high and sitting on the toilet with the door closed was impossible for a 6 foot man. It was also impossible to show and dress in the shower, bathroom etc. A 67 year old man who bangs his head on the bunk at 1 pm getting up to go to the RR is not happy or drying to put his shoes on in the morning on a low bed or the stools that you must call chairs. We should have asked for a different room but we thought it would suffice but as the time went on we just discovered the issues. $189 for that room is ridiculous!!!

Rooms are fine, but nothing special. Black pit shade was down when we arrived and wouldn’t go up in the morning. Still frustrated that they don’t provide coffee in the rooms and require you to buy coffee from their overpriced coffee shop that doesn’t even stay open past like 2pm. Lobby is pretty. Junto the restaurant is good

Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay at Motto Bentonville! The atmosphere was exactly what we wanted for our romantic Valentine's stay. This hotel has a very upscale feel, from the lobby to your room. We chose one of the larger rooms with a King bed—plenty of room for the two of us and very comfy. Highly recommend!

Exceptional quality and convenience

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and convenient. We dined at the attached sushi restaurant “Junto” and it did not disappoint. Top tier food and service. After dinner we had a nightcap in the hotel bar, which has last call a bit early, but convenient. The rooms are efficient and comfortable for a short stay. Easily walkable to downtown and other restaurants and shops. Definitely recommend if you’re in town for business or pleasure.

Great location

Great location, walking distance to all the downtown offers. Great restaurant and bar attached. Room was very comfortable with a great view of the city. The only bad thing i can say is tge walls are thin. Can hear people in the hall, wayer in the pipes, and people moving around above.

Lovely Hotel, but coffee is not provided

This hotel is very nice and in a great location, but there is no coffee in the rooms, so my husband had to spend $12 on 2 plain coffees at the coffee shop in the lobby. That right there is why we will not be staying there again. It's a simple creature comfort that they do not provide. If coffee doesn't matter to you then, by all means stay at the Motto, because it is a lovely hotel.

Anniversary Stay

The place was very nice and I loved the old school vinyl records that you could check out and listen too. The room is a bit small but what hotel room isn’t! All things were very modern and up to date. Bed was comfy and the view was decent. Close to many things like the square, restaurants and Walmart museum. There is no pool or hot tub but did have a work out room. Over all a nice place to stay.
