This was our second time to stay here and we didn’t have toilet paper in the room and we didn’t have hot water at all from the sink or shower and the worst part was the staff at the front desk argued with my husband about how the water was to work and he is a builder so he knows it shouldn’t take that long to get hot water and then he asked so are we going to get any compensation and they said ohhh you’re good, you’ve paid in full and have no incidentals and sent us on our way. Someone did call us back and my husband asked to speak to the manager and he wasn’t available and they said they would have him call us back and he never did. Terrible hospitality experience, not sure even though the hotel is cool, we’ll stay again. This was also for our anniversary, very disappointing.

The Motto and staff were excellent! We were celebrating our 44th wedding anniversary and we were surprised with a very nice note, flowers and a bottle prosecco in our room. Highly recommend the Motto!

Hotel was nice and clean. However if you are looking for a nice size room this hotel is not for you. Rooms are very very small and let’s just say, different. Rooms are fine for 1 person and no coffeemaker. The hotel is in a great location.

The rooms were a bit tight. The exciting sights in and around Bentonville made time in room limited. The lobby and first floor comforts added to the pleasure of the trip.

If you like sleeping hot, this is your place. The thermostats have motion sensors and automatically shut off both when you leave AND when you’re asleep - insane.
