In a character house, completely renovated in 2018 in the heart of Berck plage (30m from rue Carnot and 200m from the beach) this beautiful apartment of 75 m2 welcomes you for your summer holidays with family or friends that can accommodate comfortably 6 people.

- living room with kitchen area: flat screen tv, dvd player, wi-fi, internet access, library (DVD / CD / books available)

Great stay for the family

We had a great stay at the apartment. It was nice and clean and spacious and right next to the beach. Julia the owner was lovely. She kept in touch and popped over to welcome us on our arrival. I would recommend this accommodation. It was a lovely short family break.

bonne à condition d'installer un sÚche linge au rez de chaussée

Appartement bien distribuĂ© et bien agencĂ© . Bien situĂ©. j'occupais l'appartement du rez de chaussĂ©e. Il y manque un sĂšche linge Ă  installer Ă  cĂŽtĂ© du lave linge dans la salle de bain (120cm). L'humiditĂ© de l'air Ă©tant important Ă  Berck, le linge sĂšche difficilement. Il est impossible d'ouvrir en grand la fenĂȘtre de la salle de bain pour un sĂ©chage efficace Ă©tant donnĂ© que l'entrĂ©e de l'appartement du 1er Ă©tage donne sur la salle de bain. Si par mĂ©garde les locataire du 1er laisse leur porte d'entrĂ©e grande ouverte 17 rue d'Estienne d'Orves, n'importe qui peut entrer dans l'appartement du rez de chaussĂ©e. Autre sujet, le stationnement des vĂ©hicules est trĂšs difficile dans le quartier. La police municipale m'a verbalisĂ©e.

Sommerurlaub am Sandstrand

Objekt: Schöne, helle und neu renovierte Ferienwohnung mit tollen BĂ€dern und KĂŒchenzeile. Lage: Sehr nahe an der HauptfußgĂ€ngerzone (Rue Carnot) von Berck-sur-Mer gelegen mit vielen Möglichkeiten frisch und gĂŒnstig Baguette und gute fertige Gerichte zu besorgen und zu Hause zu essen. Auch zum sehr breiten Sandstrand ist es nicht weit. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußlĂ€ufig erreichbar. Wir haben das Auto 1 Woche lang nicht bewegen mĂŒssen. Klima: Bei unserem Aufenthalt Anfang August war es morgens meist bewölkt, bis sich die Sonne durchsetzte. Hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit, so dass WĂ€sche und Badesachen langsam trockneten.

Erholsamer und abwechslungsreicher Familienurlaub in StrandnÀhe mit besonders nettem Kontakt zur Ver

Wir waren in der Zeit vom 16.07 - 30.07.2022 mit 3 Erwachsenen und 3 Kindern + Hund in der wunderschönen Altbauwohnung in Berck. Sie ist perfekt ausgestattet mit allem was man so braucht. Es gibt 2 getrennte Bereiche mit Schlafzimmer und Bad bzw. 2 Schlafzimmern und Bad. In der Mitte ist die KĂŒche mit Wohnbereich. Perfekt also fĂŒr uns, da wir mit meiner Mutter angereist sind und sie so ihren eigenen Bereich hatte. Wenn doch mal etwas fehlt oder nicht funktioniert, ist die Vermieterin Julia sofort zur Stelle und hilft. Besonders, als bei uns am Ende das Auto kaputt war und wir spontan mit dem Zug fahren mussten haben Julia und ihr Mann uns sehr geholfen. Vielen lieben Dank dafĂŒr, wir kommen gerne nochmal wieder! Unsere sportlichen Jungs haben die NĂ€he zu den SportplĂ€tzen und zum Tennisverein dort sehr genossen. Dort wurden wir sehr nett empfangenen!

Appartement agréable et calme bien localisé proche plage et proche rue principale. La propriétaire Julia est trÚs ouverte et trÚs réactive en cas de souci, ce qui est vraiment agréable. Un peu compliqué pour se garer dans Berck, mais c'est inhérent à l'endroit et non au logement.

A refaire !

Un appartement agrĂ©able dĂ©corĂ© avec goĂ»t et bien agencĂ©. Quelques petits soucis Ă  l'arrivĂ©e vite rĂ©glĂ©s par une propriĂ©taire Ă  l'Ă©coute et rĂ©active. MalgrĂ© la pluie les 6 occupants ont pu profiter du sĂ©jour sans se gĂȘner. On s'endort bercĂ©s par les mouettes (qui elles ne dorment pas apparemment...). Nous recommandons les lieux 😊
