We (2 adults and 1 child ) stayed a week in Ginevra Rooms. We found the hotel cosy and neat and modern. The friendly landlady gave us good advice about Bergamo and surroundings. So we had adventure with our grandson in playgrounds and historic Città Alta and San Vigilia. The places were in a walking distance, or we could use "funicolare". And Milan was within an hour's train ride. The week was very satisfactory.

The apartment overall is simply amazing. The location is situated in the heart of the city, with the option to reach both upper town and lower town quickly. The funicular is a 2 minute walk and a scenic walk up the hill right next to it. Restaurants and Bars in the lower town are also very close. The Check-In Process was handled very easily, you are able to send all the necessary information prior to your arrival and the contact with the host Leila was always kind and respectful. You are also able to check-in and out at any time, which was a great plus for us. The apartment itself is simply great. It was very clean and the room itself is very modern. The bed was comfortable, the balcony has very comfortable seats and a relaxing view over upper and lower town. It has a flatscreen TV with Sky Italia (which we didn't really use), a Nespresso Machine and a Mini-Bar. It also has a small working place with two chairs if you are on a business trip. We can't agree to the comments regarding the shower we read earlier. We showered right after one another and the water was warm at all times, the pressure was perfect and it reacted to changes to the temperature and pressure immediately. We were in Bergamo for the third time and chose to use Ginevra Rooms instead of the hotels we had earlier and are very pleased with our decision. I can definitely recommend the Ginevra Rooms for a business trip or a relaxing stay with your partner in a simply amazing town.
