Loved that there were no carpets in the room. The breakfast was sensational. The hallways were dark and a bit dreary. I would suggest getting rid of all the carpeting and repainting the walls.

Disappointed

The room we are in is in a totally different building from the main lobby. As it rains almost constantly, we have to walk outside to the main building to get our breakfast. The layout of our room is not conducive to any kind of maneuvering about. There is a desk whic is way too big for the room. The lighting was totally inadequate. There was not even a box of tissues anywhere to be found. I would definitely not recommend staying here.

Room was very noisy in older section across the street from reception People yelling and very loud until 430 am No phone in room to call reception No noticeable security cobblestone street with very noisy traffic loud music and motorcycle roaring by . The lobby and restaurant area were nice. The hallway and room smelled like a medical unit of a hospital - the best way I can describe this to people that don’t know is basically like a public bathroom that tried to be cleaned with cheap or watered down cleaning products. There was hair in the bathroom and on the towels that were not ours; there was pubic hair in the bed that was not ours. Overall I just felt dirty in this hotel but luckily my stay was only for one night. The area is walkable to the rest of the city. There is construction outside that started at 730am.

Not a Four star property. Most probably 1-2 star category. Not worth the money. Too old and outdated building. Poor amenities. Rooms are not cleaned automatically. Strange enough you have to register prior day evening before 11pm if you want your room to be cleaned next day. Staffs are friendly.

Room temperature is not adjustable but they provided a portable fan in the room. We stayed at 4 different Scandic’s during our trip and this one missed the mark compared to the other 3.
