The apartment is located on the first floor of the listed fisherman's house from 1830 in the historic center of Schmöckwitz.
The house was completely renovated with wall heating, clay plaster, the most modern equipment and Allergy-suited.
Ideally situated for both work and rest:
15 minutes after Adlershof, 20 mins for BER airport, 5 minutes to the beach, private garden, parking space at home, by public transport you can reach Berlin's city center in 35 minutes.
Supermarkets, restaurants and medical center are within walking distance.
The apartment is fully equipped with Internet, kitchen with dishwasher, stove / oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and egg cooker.
Living room and bedroom with Smart TV, Surround Blu-ray equipment, radio with Bluetooth and USB.
The bathroom has a tub and shower temple, also a washer-dryer.
Guests can rent bicycles, a barbecue and garden furniture are available.
