Really good location and apartment hotel in Berlin, highly recommended. The only aspect that needs work is bathroom cleanliness, so much black mould on the silicone, it needs attention. Check-in after hours was simple and convenient too.

I arrived after 7pm ( 19:15 exactly) ans reception was closed so I had ti use an automated system to get my key and make a payment; unfortunately, system didnt work and I had call emergency number and tried to explain the situation but the gentleman didn’t speak English. After 1 hour 15 mins later while I was trying to contact with other reps this guy shows up and said he was driver and opened up the door for me. Long story short, no one wonder what the hell happened to me the next day and did not even tried to contact me.
