It’s really bad customer service. The TV was not working the first night and from 830. They let us woke up a.m.. They wanna fix the TV and we are tired and sleep. We should in vacation and they keep knock the door and they didn’t do anything for that Not acceptable things like one oh one night no TV The Manager do nothing. I would never book in this hotel again.

Gorgeous hotel with modern takes on gilded age opulence. Rooms were beautiful, generously sized, and comfortable. Super soft robes and embroidered bath slippers were a lovely touch! The room service schnitzel was to die for!

This is a superb hotel situated in the beautiful Gendarmenmarkt. We used the S Bahn to get out to the Olympic Stadium and Airport but other than that we walked everywhere. The hotel is beautifully presented (we loved the Prussian Blue theme!) and our fifth floor room had a lovely balcony and one of the best hotel showers we've ever come across! The staff were extrmemely helpful and polite.
