Room linen had a bit of dust. I had to take my allergy spray. Room was clean but even when we moved the curtains we could see lot of dust particles. Worth giving a thought about this issue. We asked for a kettle and Alexandria kindly assisted us straight away. Except that dust issue, we enjoyed the stay.

The room was great, th we staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel is really close to Central Station, which makes it really easy to jump on trains and go anywhere you need to go. There’s lots of shops and stores at the hotel that you can shop at there are medical stores and grocery stores nearby and walking distance the only thing that I would suggest was the pillows on the bed was very soft and the bed was very hard.. but I would definitely stay there again. It’s a great place.

Very trendy hotel for a good price right next door to the station. So many great options for food right by the hotel made it so convenient. The area is super busy, but the hotel was well insulated and it never bugged me while in my room. The breakfast was really great.

We had our flights cancelled due to Berlin airport strike so trip didn’t go ahead and the hotel had no sympathy and did not refund or partially refund us. Other members of our team who did manage to get there said was in any case, not great.
