Take a look around our little island (which the Süddeutsche Zeitung has already compared - with a wink - to the Hamptons) and relax on the beach, ride a SUP, go swimming, just hang out or visit Berlin City. Great excursion options and relaxation await you at any time of year and in any weather (the boat has underfloor heating, WLAN, TV, roof terrace, swimming ladder, games...).

Please note ferry times for arrival. In exceptional cases and by arrangement, we can pick you up outside the ferry times. To get from the city to the island in the evening/night, we can lend you a pedal boat (4 persons - only 100m from the pier on the shore to the island).

The Neighborhood:
Valentinswerder is a real island that can only be reached by boat or ferry. It is about 20 minutes by car to the city. There are no cars on the island itself and no direct shopping facilities. Most of the residents are only there at weekends. The houseboat is located approx. 150 m from the ferry dock. A trolley is available at the ferry terminal for luggage. You can park for free in Friederikestrasse in Tegelort, approx. 150 m from the ferry.

Getting Around:
The vibe of the city of Berlin can be felt all around the island. It has something to suit every taste and preference. You can get into the city via the mainland jetty Tegelort Bus 222 and also via the mainland jetty Havelspitze Bus M36 from Hugo-Cassirer-Str. Day trips to Potsdam, Babelsberg and the Pfaueninsel are also recommended. In the immediate vicinity of the island, a detour to Tegel is recommended. There you can take a round trip across the Oberhavel.
