Outstanding hotel - large, modern rooms and comfortable beds, perfect location in the heart of Berlin a couple blocks from Unter den Linden, with lots of shops and restaursnts naerby, close to a bus route that goes to Potsdamer Platz, S-Bahn and U-Bahn stations (lines 5 and 6) which goes to the Central Train Station, and a stop for two of the hop on/hop off bus tours. The hotel also has a pool and a fantastic breakfast buffet, and staff are friendly and helpful. A perfect place to stay when visiting Berlin!

From day 1 WiFi very sporadic come for 2 minutes and gone for 1 hour very bad I inquired and they said it ka the weekend techs are not here they try many ways to solve the issue but eventually they switch me to another room lower level! It was better nevertheless it has issues with WiFi but les frequent otherwise all good treatment was good if you don’t need WiFi i highly recommend it , food on restaurant very limited options in menu

Classy and very-well maintained

The hotel might look outdated in the pictures, but that is probably part of the "proArte" design. Once in, I noticed all the facilities are well-maintained and modern creature comfort like wireless chargers and WiFi6 are available. The positions of the desk, fridge, sockets, TV, etc are very convenient compared to many other hotels.

The hotel is located near all the important historic sites and is a block away from Friedrich Straße station, which makes it convenient to travel anywhere in the city, including the airport. The hotel is modern, the rooms are spacious, and the staff is very helpful. We were very happy with every aspect of our stay. One recommendation would be to alert hotel guests to the fact that the main entrance is on Dorotheen Straße, not the address given in the directions. This way one can pull up by car.

Staff was knowledgeable, when we needed something, it was delivered right away, great location, close to all attractions withing walking distance, Mall of Berlin 5 minute walk, lots of restaurant choices, very safe area. Rooms were clean and comfortable, pool and sauna were heavilyl used and well maintained. Definitely recommend this place.

Fantastic location

Fantastic location, just around the corner from the Brandenburg Gate. Easy to get there (Friedrichstrasse train station is a short walk away & this has direct trains to the airport). Our family room was spacious, clean and had panoramic views over the city. Fantastic hotel with a nice pool, sauna & steam room but the location was outstanding. We are so glad we booked this hotel to be near the centre and loads of lovely restaurants.

The hotel is right at the city center, bus, tram and train stations are within 5 minutes. Many of the highlights are close by. Hotel staffs were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and spacious. Bed was comfortable.
