We had a wonderful stay at Motel One Berlin – Alexanderplatz. Check-in was quick and seamless, which we really appreciated after a long journey. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming—always ready to assist with anything we needed, and they truly made us feel at home. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of Berlin with easy access to public transport, shops, and iconic sights. Our room was stylish, clean, and very comfortable—everything we expected from the Motel One brand. A perfect choice for anyone visiting Berlin. We’d definitely stay here again!

Enjoyed our stay at Motel One. The location was perfect for exploring Berlin. Our room was very hot (17th floor, March) so we did need to sleep with the window open which was a little noisy.

Perfect Berlin Base

Really comfortable, modern, no-frills hotel. Hotel has a couple of nice bars to relax in or grab a drink or a snack, and loads of options for restaurants within walking distance. Central location so a great base for exploring different neighbourhoods. Handy to get to from the airport by train, and U-Bahn and S-Bahn right there for getting around easily.

Perfect for the night.

Great location, friendly check in, clean room and wonderful views over the city. Room was slightly on the smaller side with not many in room amenities but great for one night. Good price over all.

Location is perfect, hotel in good condition, room a bit small, but ok. On the downside, they did not clean my room on the second day, even though the cleaning lady saw me leaving when she was cleaning the room next to mine and we even exchanged "hellos".

Great location, convenient.

The hotel was in a very central location, with easy access to the airport and only a few minutes away from Alexanderplatz station. East walk to museum island too. I was upgraded to a room with a view of the Berlin TV tower which was nice (sadly couldn’t see anything as it was very foggy but that is not the hotel’s fault). Staff were all friendly. The area late at night is not the best, with lots of rough sleepers so something to be aware of. I didn’t try the breakfast as, other than boiled eggs, it didn’t offer any hot food, it was mainly continental (pastries etc). I found the bed and pillows a bit hard.
