The property is in a lively area with excellent transport links. Unfortunately, no air conditioning. A fan is provided but rooms felt stuffy. In hot weather room would be very uncomfortable.

The staff are absolutely first class. Fernando, one of the reception staff went out of her way to solve an issue. Her willingness to find a quick way to resolve the issue was just stunning.
