Hotel was within walking distance to Old Town. Staff was super friendly. Parking is very easy but wish I had directions to it before arriving. Rooms were really nice too.

Helpful staff but not enough of them caused a long wait to check in. Room is sparse and oddly decorated. Very little offered to you as a guest apart from the roof top bar, the rooms didn't even come with a bottle of water or extra pillows. Felt like a budget option but was well located. Travel cards were provided to get around Bern which was a nice bonus, on site parking was awkward to find and is not the parking at the front of the building, instead it is around the side and quite expensive ~£20 a day but convenient. Coop next door for a cheaper breakfast and more options.

I booked the design room. It was spacious and looked clean. A light in the design was broken off and it had this annoying energy saving feature that kept shutting off the lights every 15 minutes. The hotel gave us the Bern ticket.

The people at the front desk could not have been nicer. They were so helpful. Our shower, however, was the dirtiest I have ever seen in a hotel with black mold or mildew in the grout. . The area was safe and quiet. We booked a corner comfort room and had plenty of space. The bed was comfortable.

Our stay here was great. Easy to check-in and there's a Co-op right next door. One of the elevators smelled like pee and the sheets on our bed were damp when we arrrived, like they had been put on wet but other than that it was a great hotel room and location.

We enjoyed our stay. Our room was clean, spacious and bed was comfy. Nice hot drinks in the lobby. Staff was very welcoming and helpful! It’s close to Rose Garden with a good restaurant there and an amazing view of old town, very convenient bus stops near the hotel to get anywhere. Plus Coop supermarket is next to the hotel. Good location! Nice rooftop terrace.

When we arrived noticed immediately it was a dirty hotel. Floors in lobby and halls all stained. When we finally got our room they clearly put the used sheets back on as there were hairs on the pillow and in the bed. There was hair in the shower still there. I had to do work but the wifi was so poor it took me 4x as long to do my normal work and I couldn’t do it from my room I had to go to the lobby. My daughter was just travelling in Europe in hostels and was with us and said the hostels which were a fraction the cost were cleaner. They gave us another room but the air conditioning didn’t work and it was so hot we couldn’t sleep. The only decent thing was the staff tried to accomodate but they can only do so much with what they had to work with I never ever leave reviews, but this was such a poor experience I had to let people know to beware.
