O condomínio é bem agradável , mas longe da praia . O imóvel precisa de investimento em mobiliário , fogão em péssimo estado de conservação , sala pouco confortável , apenas 1 sofá pequeno que mal cabem 2 pessoas ( rasgado ) , TV com problema de recepção e apenas 4 canais .

A melhorar

Chegamos no apartamento encontramos ele bem sujo, limpamos, depois o proprietário nos ligou ele até cogitou mandar a limpeza mais recusamos pois já havíamos limpado. O apartamento na verdade comporta 4 pessoas (adultas) bem instaladas. Pois tem uma cama de casal e duas de solteiro. Estávamos em 05, e 01 das pessoas que estava conosco dormiu em um puf q virava cama somente no primeiro dia depois compramos um colchão pq não tinha condições, daria certo se fosse uma criança. O sofá por ser bem antigo não conseguimos abrir ele pra virar cama, e ele está bem sujo. A TV somente 01 pega e poucos canais. Apartamento é no módulo 30 bem distante da praia para ir a pé, somente de carro, ou enfrentar uma boa caminhada.

Ótimo Apt e localidade

Eu e minha família nos hospedamos por 3 dias. Recepção do síndico já foi sensacional, super educado e atencioso. Apt limpo, organizado, vista para piscina e outra vista de sacada para a rua. Tudo tranquilo. Com certeza indicamos para outras pessoas e em breve voltaremos.
