Dear customer, We thank you for taking the time to wrote us a feedback, we see that your stay didn't went well and truly apologize for that. We're sorry that the type of room that you choosed didn't fitted you, we have bigger rooms that we can propose, depending the size of room you're looking for. Indeed our breakfast is located underground in a vintage vaulted cellar, we do understand that some people do not appreciate the location and decoration of our breakfast room because of it's peculiarity. Has the Front Office explained every clients during the heat wave period, we did have some troubles with the air conditioning because our region isn't adapted for temperatures like those that we had this summer, we truly apologize about it and changes are in process to assure our customers a comfortable stay during the years to come. We did not undestood about your wifi notification, in case of connexion issues our Front Office team is always available to help you to connect your devices and give you access to the lobby computer in case you need to.
