Welcome to our beautiful three-story home in the prestigious community of Bay View Park. This vibrant and spacious home offers everything you need for a perfect beach getaway.
On the first level, you'll find three bedrooms, including a king suite. The queen bedroom and trundle bed share a hall bath. There's also a cozy sitting area with a large flat-screen TV and a screened porch that includes a private outdoor shower, seating, and a wood picnic table. The property is fenced near the water, providing added safety and privacy.
The second floor features another king suite, a half bath, a well-equipped kitchen, a living room with a large flat-screen TV, a dining area, and a sun deck. The deck includes an outdoor table with eight chairs and a gas grill, perfect for family meals with beautiful views.
The third level boasts a loft with a sitting area and two additional bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed, and the other is perfect for kids, with a pyramid bunk (double on the bottom, twin on top) and an additional bunk bed.
The home also features a bulkhead where you can park your boat, and a high-end filtration system ensures fresh drinking water without the need for bottled water. Partials are available last minute/off-season with owner authorization.
This family-friendly community offers canal access to Little Assawoman Bay, a dock for water sports, crabbing and fishing, and stunning sunset views. Nearby attractions include easy access to Ocean City, MD, Dewey, and Rehoboth Beaches.
