Lapsiystävällinen Lakeview Ylä Vista Sea Colony West

Lakeviews lähes jokaisesta ikkunasta ja seulotaan kuistilla tämän perheystävällinen huoneisto. Voit nauttia tämän huolellisesti ylläpitää 4 makuuhuonetta (Master, vieras, den, ja parvi) ja kolme kylpyhuonetta yksikkö. Meidän huoneisto on aurinkoinen ja kauniisti sisustettuja ylemmän tason vista rauhallisessa ja yksityisissä.

Olemme tehneet useita parannuksia kotiin, koska ostaa sen. Vuonna 2018 kunnostimme keittiön uusilla kaappeilla ja kvartsipöydillä! Vuonna 2015 lisäsimme laminaattilattiat ja uudet kerrossängyt. Vuonna 2014 ostimme uuden Keski / C, astianpesukone, pesukone, uudet vuoteet, vuodevaatteet ja huoneisto oli juuri maalattu.

On 4 uutta taulutelevisiota ja 2 DVD-soitinta. Kaikissa huoneissa on kattotuuletin ja siellä on yksi turvatarkastus kuisti. Ilmainen langaton internetyhteys. Laitteessa on laajan kirjaston kirjoja, elokuvia ja pelejä koko perheelle.

Siivous sisältyy vuokra maksu jälkeen loman. Sinun täytyy tuoda omat lakanat ja paperituotteet tai järjestää vuokrata ne palvelu. Jokainen vuokralainen (ikä 4 ja yli) on hankittava virkistys rintanappi $ 40 viikon. Tämä antaa sinulle pääsyn kaikki Sea Colony mukavuudet ja sisältää 2 vaaditaan pysäköinti kulkee. Emme salli lemmikkieläimiä tai tupakointia sisätiloissa! Check in aika on 16:00 ja check out on 10:00.

Yksikkö vuokraa sunnuntaista sunnuntaihin, 7 päivää minimi kesäkaudella. Vältä lauantaina liikenteessä! Meidän huoneisto mukavasti nukkuu 10 ihmistä.

Sea Colony on oma yksityinen puoli mailia ranta ja kuljetuspalvelu, joka vie sinut sinne. Nauti 34 tenniskenttää, kuntosali, 12-altaat, lasten toimintaa ja lukuisia muita mukavuuksia aikana lomaa.
Tämä huoneistohotelli sijaitsee kävelymatkan päässä kohteesta Bethany Beach Boardwalk. Majoituspaikassa on saatavilla sisäuima-allas, kuntokeskus ja poreallas. Huoneistossa tarjoaa asiakkaiden käyttöön muun muassa poreammeen ja keittiön.

Beautiful condo

My family has been vacationing at Sea colony for over 17 years. This condo was by far the most beautiful property we have stayed at in Sea Colony. Extremely clean and beautifully decorated. We will definitely be staying here again! If I could give it more than 10 stars I would!

We loved it!

This property was clean, well appointed and well located. The layout of the unit was great with the master bedroom away from the action (teenagers). The kitchen fully equipped and large enough to cook breakfast for 8 with no issues. Cozy screened porch. The neighborhood was peaceful and very quiet.We will rent this property again.

Immaculate, high quality condo

We absolutely LOVED our stay in this condo. It was VERY clean, a thoroughly stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, gorgeous aesthetic, and high quality finishes. The location is quiet and a five minute bike ride to the beach, or just a few steps from tram stop 21. The owner was easily reached for questions and very friendly. We are booking again for next year right away! Thank you for a wonderful week.

Friends reunion

Beautiful and Well Appointed Unit

Our extended family and friends had a great stay at this Sea Colony residence. The owner/host Lauren was great to communicate with in preparation for our stay and the property lived up to its billing in all regards. The entire unit is beautifully decorated and very well appointed. The furniture in the bedrooms and living areas was of the quality one would choose for one's own home rather than any inexpensive furnishings because it is a rental unit. We especially appreciated how well outfitted the kitchen was with cooking necessities and plenty of dishware and utensils which was very helpful for us cooking in many meals for our large group. We also greatly enjoyed being located a short walk from one of the large outdoor pools/hot tubs, as well as from the fitness center which has a large indoor pool. Overall, we couldn't have been happier with our stay at Lauren's unit and will definitely look to return there for future visits to Bethany Beach!

Yearly Family Gathering

The property is very well kept. The kitchen has been updated and remodeled. The rooms are beautifully decorated and freshly painted. The only minor drawback is the master shower could use a bit of fresh ink up. The stall is showing it’s age which definitely does not reflect the same look and feel with rest of the place. Beautiful Condo!

We had the time of our lives staying at this condo! This condo is beautifully decorated, very clean and we felt right at home staying here. We loved the bike/hike trail along the resort and loved how it was lit up at night with lanterns! Our two year old loved going to the dock that is a short walk from the condo to feed the fish and turtles. The condo is just a short drive/bike ride/ tram ride to the beautiful, well-kept beach. We loved our vacation spent at this location and can’t wait to come back!

Everything was exceptional!

Our family - 4 adults and 4 kids- spent a week here. The property was terrific! They had a lot of games, it was nicely decorated, clean, and well cared for. Easy to get to the beach with the tram - walking distance to the pool and fitness center. We will stay here again! Thank you for everything.

Great family beach vacation

Beautiful, clean and spacious condo with many amenities offered through Sea Colony including kids club and kids night out. Nice tram to the beach, plenty of pools to play and swim. Location is also close to the boardwalks of Rehoboth Beach, DE and Ocean City, MD. Would definitely recommend to others.

We have visited Sea Colony numerous times and this is the best property hands down! It is equipped with everything a cook could need and more. You will find beach accessories, toys and games, even soothing sleep machines in the bedrooms. The decor makes you feel at home. Most important of all, this updated unit is clean and well maintained.

OUTSTANDING!

I would highly recommend this property & hope to bring my family again next summer! There was plenty of room for children to play & Grandparents to relax. Shuttle service makes getting to the beach or pool quick & easy. This home is PRISTINE & beautifully appointed. Owner was an absolute pleasure to deal with. This is how vacations were meant to be!
