The perfect setting for your beach vacation this Oceanside townhouse is located on the best beach in Bethany just south of Indian River Inlet and backing up to the beautiful Delaware Seashore State Park. A wide private beach is adjacent to the park and just a few steps from your door. This four level beach house includes two rear decks with views of the ocean and the park and a front deck overlooking the common area. First floor efficiency sleeps up to four and has a small kitchenette and new bathroom. The second level has a remodeled full kitchen, living room and dining room as well as a bathroom. Third level includes a bathroom and two small bunk rooms that sleep up to six. The master bedroom is on the top floor and has a separate deck. Includes an outdoor shower and parking for up to four cars. The common area has tennis courts, a playground for kids and a large covered gazebo that can be used for cookouts or crab feasts.

The property worked for us for a weekend stay that was an easy walk to the beach. It is dated, but was clean, had various sleeping arrangements, and worked perfectly for a quick weekend getaway for friends.

It was the most relaxing vacation ever! The house was perfect for our needs as well. The kids enjoyed the stay and layout also. The walk to the beach was simple plus the snowcone van comes around. Nice walk to pick up or dine in at Matts restaurant. The homeowner was easy to work with and we will definitely be back.
Walk to the beach, playground, tennis courts. Get your snow cones at 3pm

Fun Family Stay - Walk to the Beach

My family had a great time at this Beach House. They enjoyed the short walk to the beach and had fun playing pickleball on the tennis courts. The house was clean, a little outdated but it had a cute surfer vibe as the teens loved the little suite downstairs where they could hang out. Keep in mind that you would have to drive to the town of Bethany and biking would be on highway 1- you will need to drive to boardwalks - there is one restaurant that is walkable but we cooked most of the time and the kitchen was well stocked. Overall this was a great little place if your main goal is to put your toes in the sand!

Love this house!

We are a family of ten and the house (which sleeps 12) more than accommodated us. The place was spacious, clean and best of all a two minute walk to the beach. Also, it was very convenient to Bethany, Dewey and Rehobeth — we spent an evening in each. I’d highly recommend this rental, without reservation.

Nice place, great owner, good location, nice beach. Some electrical outlets did not work. Bottom floor bedroom was a little damp and musty. Well equipped kitchen. Plenty of beach chairs. Overall experience was good and would stay again if price would not increase

We had the best time with our grown children on our Bethany vacation. The home was great and Greg was so responsive. I highly recommend the place if you want to be close to the beach and need lots of sleeping space.

Fantastic spot for family

The location and property was great for me, my wife, my toddler son, and my in-laws. The private beach was easy a 2 minute walk and the playground was perfect for my kid. If I’m looking for a reason to complain, it was that the walls were thin and we could hear the neighbors pretty easily and I’m sure they heard my son when he was crying, though they never said anything. But let me be clear, the space was about perfect and we would definitely stay there again.

The townhouse is in a great location, oceanside with easy walk to beach and access to Delaware Seashore. The unit was reasonably clean and outfitted with decent furniture, appliances and kitchen equipment. We enjoyed our stay.

Great Stay

We have stayed at this property for many years and plan to return in the future. The house is conveniently located to the Bethany, Rehoboth Boardwalks, and Ocean City Boardwalks and the Tanger Outlets. The beach is limited to only guests of Tower Shores so it never gets too crowded. Our neighbors are always friendly and the neighborhood is so close to the beach. The owners provide several beach chairs, an umbrella and toys for kids. Although there are plenty of beds (I believe the house can sleep up to 14), only 6-8 can sit comfortably around the kitchen table. We recommend bringing a card table if you have more than 8 staying at the house. Overall, we loved our time at the house!
