This charming home is located just outside of Bethel village, and minutes to Sunday River. Enter the home through a mud room with room to store your gear, through the mud room you will find a well equipped kitchen with dining seating for your whole group. The cozy living room is the perfect gathering space for your group after a day of adventures in the mountains of Maine. Rounding out the first floor is a bedroom and full bath with laundry. Head upstairs and you will find two additional bedrooms, one of which is a bunk room with space to play. Upstairs also offers a bathroom with shower. The Millbrook Cottage is an ideal home base for your next trip to the Mountains of Maine.

To enjoy your trip to this property, 4WD may be required during snowy months.
