Television didn’t work so they removed the fee for parking which they charge $25 per night. Also no blankets for bed we had to request. Pillows were to soft and rooms are dingy looking looking. Indoor pool dirty

Nice but staff was not considerate

Other than the cal after midnight to confirm who we were in the room (ridiculous and unacceptable to call at 12:30 am to ask who we were when THEY checked us in!!) it was a nice hotel. Our sink was broken but after two un answered calls my husband fixed it himself. The breakfast was amazing and the cocktail hour was fun. Overall a nice embassy suites but staff could stand to be more considerate and attentive to visitors. Not sure we will stay there again

Nice if you require a separate living space

Hotel is nice but the suites are starting to show their age and are a little on the small size by today's standards. Onsite parking is convenient, but does come with a $22/day charge. It was nice to have EV charging available though. The included breakfast is the star if the show. Staff at the restaurant is amazing, and while it is primarily a buffet offering, there are omelette and made-to-order egg stations.

Beautiful Hotel

The young man at the front desk was very helpful being it was our first trip to Bethesda/DC area. The room was beautiful and very clean. The free breakfast was one of the best we have had in a hotel. The only thing that fell short was the free cocktail hour. I understand that with the alcohol you could not offer top shelf liquor for free, but maybe have more of a beer selection instead of just one regular and one light beer. Also, the snacks could have been a little more than a bowl of chips, a bowl of peanuts and what I'm assuming was fruit left over from the breakfast buffet and I believe yogurt. We did like the convenience of being so close to the Metro which made our travels throughout the city so much easier.

The worst stay ever.

When i arriveed i had to use the restroom really bad, it hit me from out of no where, i asked the young lady at the desk did you all have a restroom i could use because i had to go really bad and her response was (yes but it's closed at the moment) and then she went on to ask me was i parking at your establishment and how much it will cost, so needless to say by time i made it into the elevator i urinated on myself and then by the time i got to my room to finish there was blood in my urine, so no my stay wasn't enjoyable at all.
