The staff were wonderful...it was the other guests that were rude and quite frankly, pretentious. From the moment I checked into this hotel, I could see that my daughter, mother, and myself obviously didn't fit-in with these upscale, snobbish people. My family and I are more laid back, chill, open-minded, and respect everyone. The only black people I saw while there for three days were the staff...that should give an indication of what I am referring to. Like I said, the staff were wonderful... accommodating, friendly, respectful, professional, etc.. I felt judged and with the stares, disrespected. Obviously we can afford to spend almost $1,000 for a 3-njgnt stay...I left and booked myself into another Hilton property in the Tyson's Corner, VA area and I wish I had been at this hotel the entire time..

We love the hotel. Our state was great. We have the same complaints as everyone else. Does the happy hours a little hectic and not sure, if the bartender and the waitress get along or work well with each other? But that's a different story and like everybody. Else complains about the pool with the kid. Swimming lessons and the pool and the Jacuzzi. Being a little outdated otherwise loved the hotel

Great three day rest stop
