Great hotel and staff! Only issue was key system broken at check-in and had to be let into our room by front desk. It was a house wide issue but the check in was smooth and those issue can’t be helped at times. It was rectified by the am. Typical hotel breakfast. I felt safe and it was clean and a great stay.

Enjoyed the stay, wonderful not having to Waite till 4 to check in because our room was ready. Breakfast was okay, could have had a few more items ie: sausage, beacon and a few more options on bagels ie; everything and/or onion.

When we arrived the hotel had no power which i know is beyond their control but wr didnt get to use half the ammenties and didnt even recieve rooms keys that worked...when i contacted hotel staff they told me it was out of their control and they couldn't offer any type of refund...i wouldn't stay at this location ever again as im told this occurs at this location A LOT as a patron has loved in this hotel for 2 years

Room service had to be requested, on the day I requested it happened to be July 4th, it was a holiday. I was given the reason of short staffing. I am aware the whole world is short staffed, however it was the only time I asked for service during my 4 night stay. Also I did complain about a party going on in the room right next to mine at 1am while my child was suddenly woken to the sound of loud music clanging bottles. I also emailed the front desk at that very moment and nothing was done about it. Other then that it was a nice stay

Disappointing.

Everything was going well until I pulled open the bed cover to dirty sheets to include hair and crumbs. After that I didn’t sleep well as I had to sleep in the other bed which seemed clean and the AC was loud and made a vibrating noise all night. There were also people in the hall being very loud up through 1 am. When I told the hotel about the dirty bed I was not offered any compensation. Breakfast was mediocre.
