We booked a 2 bedroom suite and it was clean, spacious and included a lovely kitchenette with a full size refrigerator. Although it was small, the heated pool was a welcome place after a day on the slopes. Breakfast was better than expected. Gym was small, but functional. Staff were hospitalble. The only thing that would have made this a 5 for us was if they had some recreational stuff like a game room, pool table, etc.

It was terrible. We booked this property based on the representation that it had a working indoor pool. When we checked in the pool was broken. We immediately asked for a refund because that was the only reason we chose the property. They have refused to provide a credit or refund even though we left the property immediately and booked a hotel with a working pool near bye also through Expedia. I am very disappointed in Expedia for doing nothing to help with the situation.

The room was very clean and comfortable. Lots of hot water in shower. Pool and fitness center were great Asked for a light bulb when we checked in, was told we had to wait until next day, light bulb never came. The breakfast time of 6am to 9am not desirable; I complained and was told open from 6am to 10am on weekends and holidays only. Dec 29 and 30 holidays for me! Breakfast very mediocre. Too crowded and understaffed (though the one gal there was working very hard). Long line to the waffle mamchine
