LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! Consider this house your home away from home while you visit charming Beulah, the gateway to Sleeping Bear Dunes! Situated in the heart of quaint downtown Beulah, enjoy a 2 minute walk to restaurants, shopping, breathtaking Crystal Lake beach, pickleball courts & more. Located directly across the street from the famous Betsie Valley trial, enjoy a fall hike, a bike ride into nearby Frankfort, or snowmobile into Thompsonville for a great meal at Geno's. This home is accessed via the alley behind the property through the public parking lot, so there is plenty of room to park trailers and bring all your favorite toys (bikes, kayaks, boats, snowmobiles, & more!). There is so much to do in beautiful northern Michigan, and this Benzie Bungalow is close to it all! Enjoy kayaking the crystal clear Platte River in Sleeping Bear dunes, challenge yourself to the famous Dune Climb, enjoy the numerous wineries, distilleries, & breweries, ski or golf at Crystal Mountain resort or the many other courses nearby, or hike the infinite nearby trail systems. After a full day of Northern Michigan adventure, relax around a cozy outdoor fire or on the outdoor patio under the stars.

This home features a main level living room, kitchen, breakfast nook-style dining area, main-floor master bedroom with queen bed, washer/dryer, semi-private 4 season porch, and bathroom with shower. The second bedroom is a private upstairs loft with queen bed, 1/2 bath with toilet & sink, convertible desk, and direct outdoor access. PLEASE NOTE: While fully updated & remodeled, this home's original structure is more than 100 years old, and features a few tight spaces. Therefore it may not be ideal for those with limited mobility. There is a security camera located in the parking area. This camera is inactive while the property is occupied.

The house was cute. Had all of the important stuff. The kids loved the pancakes using the provided mix. Location was great for a ski weekend (for the 14 yo), cross country skiing (for the spouse), and the COGnition Science Center (for the 3 yo 11 yo). Thanks for a great stay!

Super cute, cozy, clean, comfortable bungalow privately tucked away, yet 1 small block from downtown where you will find many restaurants, brewery, icecream shop, shopping, and a playground and beautiful beach. Loved the outdoor area, and firepit area. Just all and all a Winner!! Will be back!!

We were extremely disappointed with the condition of this home. While the house itself has potential and could be quite charming, it was shockingly filthy when we arrived. There was old food in the window sill, sand on the floor, and even in one of the upstairs beds. The toilet had visible urine down the front, the bath mat was already wet and hiding something questionable underneath, and every surface was layered in dust that clearly hadn’t been touched in months. No surface felt clean or sanitary.I ended up having to wash all the linens and wipe down everything myself just to feel somewhat comfortable staying there. This property desperately needs a deep cleaning and better oversight before it's rented out again. Very disappointing experience.

Cutest Cottage Ever

I stayed with my dog and my sister and brother-in-law. It’s a well supplied and very clean and very well decorated cottage. I’d stay there again. Lots of outdoor gathering space too, though we didn’t have the time to enjoy those. Only two things I would say to be aware of. The downstairs bedroom is easy to access. But anyone staying in the upper (beautifully spacious room with halfbath) will need to go up some narrow stairs. The cottage itself is accessed through a big parking lot to an alley, but don’t be scared off by that. Once you get yo the cottage it’s as cute as can be. Very safe. Very sweet place.

The Beulah Bungalow is the best!

The Beulah Bungalow was the perfect place for our vacation! It's location is just a few steps from the center of town with wonderful shops and places to eat. Crystal Lake is also just a short walk away. The house is clean, tastefully decorated, and has all the amenities required for a comfortable stay. Communication with Jason and Melissa was great! We had an awesome time in Beulah and are already looking forward to returning!

Beulah Bungalow

The property was gorgeous! More spacious than expected. The outdoor space was absolutely beautiful. Great location to downtown Beulah and the beach. I grew up in the area so the location was perfect for vision family and waking around downtown and enjoying the views. The property was well kept and clean. We were in town for some family events so I wanted to get there earlier than the 4pm check in time. The host was very accommodating! I couldn’t figure out how to get in (two entrances) so I called the host and they were very quick to respond, which was extremely helpful! Very family friendly! Plenty of space to enjoy large or small groups! All in all, such a great experience here! Thank you!

Nice little cottage

My family likes staying at country cottages and exploring the outdoors. This was a cute little place with a nice back area where we had fires and made smores . It was easy to walk the dog around and there are plenty of restaurants in walking distance. The lake is only a block away too. We would definitely stay again.
