Arrive and unwind! We invite you to enjoy a relaxing stay in our lovingly furnished 60 m² apartment. Whether for a long weekend or your well-deserved annual vacation – you will find peace and comfort here.

Our apartment is a retreat for those seeking relaxation, allergy sufferers, and non-smokers. To maintain our high standards and the quality of our floors, the house is a shoe-free zone.
The apartment is accessed separately via an external staircase.
Picco 2 is ideally situated between the Nürburgring and the charming town of Cochem on the Moselle River—approximately 20 km from Cochem and 35 km from the Nürburgring. Nestled in a peaceful and tranquil area, it offers the perfect setting to relax and unwind. The surrounding region features well-marked cycling and hiking trails, ideal for nature lovers and outdoor enthusiasts.
Our Picco 2 has been lovingly and thoughtfully renovated from the ground up as a personal project. While most of the property is fully updated, the balcony is currently still under construction.
2 parking spaces are available on the property and free parking is available on the street.
One pet is allowed.
Smoking and celebrating events are not allowed.
An electric vehicle charging station is available.
