Sehr nettes Personal an er Reception. Das Zimmer wurde nach der ersten Nacht nicht gereinigt, nach der 2. Nacht wurden nur schnell die Betten gemacht, auch nach einer Reklamation an der Reception wurde nicht mehr gereinigt (kein Staubsauger, kein Abräumen der schmutzigen Kaffee-Ecke oder der Weingläser, kein Reinigen von WC und Dusche). WC und Dusche sind getrennte Räume im WC hat es kein Lavabo, damit man sich die Hände waschen kann. Mit der Aussicht auf die Champagne-Reben wird Werbung gemacht, dazwischen ganz in der Nähe des Hotels liegen aber TGV- Zugslinie, Hochspannungsleitung und Autobahn! Das Schwimmbad war erst am Abend des 2. Tages benutzbar. Kein Restaurant. Wozu eine Minibar wenn sie leer ist?

We thank you for your feedback about your stay.Sometimes guests leave the Do Not Disturb card hanged out on the door, and in this case we are not abble to provide any cleaning.

La chambre était propre et confortable. La salle de bain très agréable avec sa grande douche. Malheureusement le savon était vide, l'eco- responsabilité c'est bien mais il faut tout de même pouvoir se laver ! Il n'y avait également pas de bouteille d'eau à disposition dans la chambre, ce qui est la base, surtout pour un 4 étoiles. Le petit déjeuner était très bien et le personnel sympathique. La piscine aurait mérité 2-3 degrés de plus vu la période. Nous ne sommes restés que quelques minutes. La zone billard est très appréciable !

L’hôtel est très bien situé en face de l’espace gourmand de bezannes, qui regroupe des restaurants et une boulangerie. L’hôtel est juste magnifique avec une décoration bien travaillée. Le petit déjeuner est copieux. Je recommande fortement.
