This spacious house, located in the heart of the secure Lac and Golf Saint-Thomas estate in Béziers, is ideal for a relaxing stay with family or friends, in a preserved natural setting, with absolute peace and quiet in the middle of the garrigue.

The property can accommodate up to 7 guests and features three comfortable bedrooms, all equipped with duvets and pillows.
On the ground floor, the first bedroom has a 160 cm double bed and its own private shower room with washbasin.
Upstairs, the second bedroom offers a 140 cm double bed with a shower room and washbasin, while the third bedroom has three single beds (90 cm) and an en-suite bathroom with bathtub, washbasin, and toilet.

The living spaces are generous and bright, with a large living/dining area that is pleasant to enjoy in any season. The fully equipped kitchen allows you to cook comfortably on a daily basis and includes a classic filter coffee maker, a mini oven, a dishwasher, a washing machine, two refrigerators, a freezer, a wine cellar if needed, as well as all the necessary kitchen utensils. A utility room provides convenient storage space, and a separate toilet is located on the ground floor.

Outside, several areas allow you to fully enjoy the natural surroundings. A south-facing shaded terrace is furnished with outdoor furniture and a dining area, while a large north-facing outdoor space, cooler in summer, also offers outdoor furniture, sun loungers, and an electric plancha. Calm and relaxation are guaranteed throughout the day.

The house offers access to the estate’s shared swimming pool, open during the summer season. The Saint-Thomas 18-hole golf course, renowned for its natural setting and tranquility, is within walking distance from the house. Golf enthusiasts can also enjoy other nearby courses, such as the Cap d’Agde Golf Course and the Montpellier Golf Courses, offering a great variety of layouts in the region.

The residence is fully gated and secure, ensuring peace of mind and serenity. The surrounding area is perfect for cycling, hiking, and outdoor activities. The house is equipped with fiber Wi-Fi and air conditioning, providing optimal comfort all year round.

Parking is available directly in front of the house, with additional visitor parking spaces within the residence if needed.

A parking space is available in front of the house. The entire residence is fenced. Entrance is via an electric gate.

The estate is easily accessible via the A75 motorway (Béziers-Centre exit) or the A9 (Béziers-Est exit).
