This two-bedroom cottage offers a living area on the garden level, with a fully equipped kitchen and lounge area, and a separate toilet. Upstairs, the bedroom provides a double bed (140 cm) and an extra bed. There is also a separate shower and a sink.
Outside, the terrace is the perfect spot for reading in the sun or enjoying an aperitif.
The house has a water sterilizer and a carbon filter, but it is advisable to store your own bottled water for personal use.
It is a true haven of peace, situated on 3 hectares of land, maintained by a gardener, extending to the Orb River (a coastal river).
To reach the vineyard enclosure, the address is Chemin Rural 100 Rebaut Bas in Béziers. When you leave Béziers, take the road towards Saint-Pons and then the Maraussan road. Turn right at the first dirt track (Chemin Rural 100). Continue straight ahead, and you will see Isaflor on your left. Continue a little further until you see a sign for Le Clos des Vignes. Turn right, then in the middle of the dirt track, turn left. You have arrived! Remove the metal chain, and you can now enter the property and park near the gate. Enjoy your stay!
Within 3 km, you will find a small supermarket, a bakery, and a good restaurant.
The center of Béziers is 5 km away. The Mediterranean Sea is about 10 km away (Valras-Plage, Sérignan, Vendres, etc.). In short, this humble haven is perfect for anyone who wants to reconnect with nature without disconnecting from civilization, to enjoy the greenery in a sunny setting, and to take the time to live.
