## Space

Bright and pleasant, you can only fall in love with this atypical cocoon...

This 2-room duplex consists of a living room with a dining table for 4 people, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom with toilet and a mezzanine with sleeping area. For your information, in the mezzanine bedroom, you will not be able to stand-up.

Equipment :
- A flat screen TV
- The WiFi;
- A washing machine.

Services included:
- Beds made for arrival
- Linen provided (sheets, towels, bath mats and kitchen towels). Note that we do not provide beach towels, it will be up to you to bring them with you for your stay.
- Welcome products, the necessary to start your stay: oil, salt, pepper, coffee, tea, paper towel, dishwasher tablet, detergent and fabric softener, toilet paper.

We provide cleaned and disinfected by an eco-responsible professional laundry sheets and towels.
Beach towels are not provided.


## Neighborhood

Biarritz is full of activities and you will be able to enjoy the amazing beach in the heart of the city center. Going up from “la Grande-plage”, you can stop at “Les Halles” to have an incredible drink and tapas in a local restaurant with traditional Basque atmosphere.
The free shuttle (Bus N11) from the city center is very convenient, it goes all around Biarritz.
Discover the breathtaking places you cannot miss: the Palais des Festivals, the Public Garden, the Bellevue Plage, the Côte des Basques, the old port with the famous rock of the virgin, the villas & historical monuments, the Hotel du Palais, the Miramar etc ...
Enjoy the richness of the city and its history!

## Transit

-The fastest option is the taxi (about 15 minutes from Biarritz SNCF train station or the airport). Prices go around 15/20 euros per trip.
-There is a possibility to take a bus. We invite you to visit the Chronoplus website for precise information about the timetables.
-Parking: There are parking spaces on the street. Upon arrival, we will indicate the paid places on the streets, free and paid private parking.

## Notes

Once the reservation is confirmed, the agency of Homies Holidays and its team will contact you to organize your stay.
We currently offer 2 options to check-in:
- Welcome by a member of the Homies Holidays team between 4pm and 7pm.
(A supplement of 30 euros is required for any entry with a host after 7pm, beyond 9pm, 50 euros).
- Self check-in (arrival at any time from 4pm): your entrance will be autonomous, we will send you the instructions to have access to your accommodation on the day of your arrival.

Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.

We will ask you for a deposit via the SWIKLY platform.

As a guest of Loeb 2: T2 with mezzanine in Biarritz, you'll find a garden and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
