Great Location

Good place for our one night stopover enroute between UK and Spain. Parking (like many city centre hotels) was expensive but given location near beach, bars and restaurants, you really can't complain. Breakfast a little expensive but plenty of cafes around for coffee and croissant!

Tolle Aussicht auf den Atlantik; leider wurde das Zimmer bei der täglichen Reinigung schlicht vergessen; grölende Jugendliche und Obdachlose vor der Tür haben wiederholt für schlaflose Nächte gesorgt

Die Unterkunft liegt mitten in Biarritz. Also die Lage ist super! Das Hotel ist dazu modern, die Zimmer sauber und das Personal nett. Wir können das Hotel nur empfehlen. Schön wäre, wenn es direkt vor dem Eingang vielleicht noch einige Sitzmöglichkeiten hätte. Denn der Platz ist sehr schön. Das Frühstück muss man wirklich nicht buchen. Denn rund um das Hotel hat es sehr hübsche Restaurants und Kaffees. Für einen Kurzurlaub ist das Hotel super.

Région superbe !

Pros: La clim dans la chambre, la vue, l'emplacement.Le petit déjeuner copieux et varié (en buffet).
Cons: L'amabilité à l'accueil et les explications trop rapides. Les informations sur le parking payant public à côté de l'hôtel.
Location: Plein centre ville à proximité de tout, le casino, la plage, l'aquarium, la chocolaterie, les bars, les restaurants.
Il a fait très chaud durant notre séjour, la clim était bienvenue dans notre chambre. Nous avons visité l'aquarium, la chocolaterie, Saint Sebastian, Bayonne, Espelette (village typique du Pays Basque). Nous avons pris le train crémaillère de la Rhune mais c'était brumeux dommage, c'était quand même bien. Nous avons acheté plein de produits régionaux excellents.Les Basques sont bien sympas et accueillants. C'est loin de chez nous mais nous y retournerons. Nous avons eu une alerte incendie à 3 h du matin à l'hôtel. La sirène est dans le couloir, et les portes sont blindées donc nous avons mis un certain temps pour réagir (nous étions au 7ème étage). Par la fenêtre nous avons vu quelques clients dans la rue, n'ayant pas de directives nous avons téléphoné à l'accueil et on nous a informé qu'un incendie était affiché sur l'ordinateur au 1er étage, que le directeur arrivait, qu'il n'y avait pas d'évacuation pour l'instant (léger !!!) mais qu'il fallait se préparer pour une sortie éventuelle !!! 30 minutes après le directeur est arrivé. 15 minutes après nous n'avons plu entendu la sirène, nous avons retéléphoné on nous a répondu vaguement que l'on pouvait se recoucher sans plus d'informations. Informations d'ailleurs que nous n'avons pas eu plus le matin au petit déjeuner (qu'il aurait pu offrir).

Hieno loma upeassa kaupungissa

Hotellin sijainti erinomainen-shoppailu,rannat ja muut nähtävyydet keskikuntoisen kävelyetäisyydellä! Henkilökunta positiivinen ja auttavainen (myös englannin kielellä).

7 jours dans cet hôtel idéalement bien placé au cœur de Biarritz, mais un peu bruyant (bars en dessous de l'hôtel# parking à proximité #Vinci) prévoir 75 euros pour la semaine hôtel assez cher, heureusement je n'ai pas payé le prix fort région basque magnifique
