Large, nice space but not ready for large groups
I stayed in this property for ten days with my four children and my retired parents. The house was large and generally quiet (you could hear street noise from some of the bedrooms). It was about 15 minutes walking distance from the beach and city center, in a quiet area. It was very large with a nice, updated kitchen. However it was not ready to accommodate a large group. There was only a kitchen island with two sitting spots/bar stools. No dining table. We had to borrow a camping folding table from a friend. There were only 3-4 sets of mismatched cutlery. Some more in a studio downstairs but we still had to borrow cutlery and glasses from a friend. The kitchen was equipped for 2-3 people. One of the downstairs bedrooms smelled strongly of mold and the odor remained on my sons's suitcase and clothes after that. The entrance door did not lock properly. We were never able to lock the door. The furniture was overall very sparse. The living room was a small space with a couch, no coffee table or anything. It was hard to find a place to sit and relax. All in all it felt like a space that was being subletted by students trying to make money over the summer. Not like a house thoughtfully prepared for families or larger groups. The price asked for the property was outrageous for the amenities provided. This could be a very good space with major improvements such as providing a dining table, kitchen equipment and cutlery, coffee table, fixing the main lock at the very least.
