The Seven Residence - near Bicester village

Welcome to this spacious and comfortable four-bedroom home in Bicester, perfect for families or groups of friends looking for a relaxing stay with plenty of space to enjoy. The house sleeps up to 11 guests and offers flexible sleeping arrangements with two king beds, one super king bed, three single beds and a double sofa bed. There are two bathrooms as well as an additional downstairs toilet, making it convenient for larger groups.

The property offers great spaces to relax and have fun during your stay. Outside you can unwind in the private hot tub, ideal after a day out exploring the area. The garage has been set up as a games space with a dart board, children`s ping pong table and table football, making it a great spot for both adults and kids to enjoy some friendly competition.
Directly opposite the house is a small children’s park, which makes it particularly ideal for families travelling with little ones. The property also offers one private parking space and there is free road parking available for additional vehicles.
Up to two dogs are welcome to join during your stay, there is a charge of £30 per dog. We kindly ask that dogs are not left unattended in the property.
The location is perfect for visitors wanting to explore the area. The famous Bicester Village shopping outlet is just a five-minute drive away or around an eighteen-minute walk, offering a fantastic selection of designer brands, restaurants and cafés. The historic city of Oxford is only around a thirty-minute drive away, where you can visit iconic attractions such as University of Oxford, the beautiful Radcliffe Camera, the historic Bodleian Library, the fascinating Ashmolean Museum and the stunning Christ Church College.
Whether you are visiting for a shopping trip, exploring Oxford’s historic sights or simply enjoying time together with friends and family, this home provides a comfortable and well-located base for your stay.

Please note that logs, fire starters, matches, and charcoal are not provided for the barbecue or fire pit, so we kindly ask that you bring your own.

Please also be aware that if we have a same day changeover, the hot tub may take up to 24 hours to reach full temperature as it is drained, cleaned and refilled between each guest. Thank you for your understanding.

• Quiet hours from 11pm to 8am
• No smoking inside the property
• No unauthorised visitors to the property
• Only the guests listed on the booking form are allowed inside the property
• All names of the guests over the age of 18 staying must be provided upon booking
- No candles please as this is against the regulations for holiday lets
- Please note that logs, fire starters, matches and charcoal are not provided for the barbecue or fire pit, so we kindly ask that you bring your own
- Please do not use the hot tub and garden after 11pm to respect our neighbours
- We only accept 2 small well behaved dogs
- Please pick up all dog mess from the garden and dispose of accordingly in the bins
- Please ensure the hot tub cover is put back on after use
- Please do not try to remove the hot tub cover, it lifts up and stays up rather than coming off completely
- Please adhere to the hot tub rules and regulations regarding daily testing. Testing strips and chemicals have been left in the utility room for you.
- 1 bath towel per guest is provided however hot tub towels are not
- Please ensure the BBQ is cleaned after use
- Please note if we have a same day changeover the hot tub will not be heated until 24 hours after check in. We legally have to drain the hot tub between each guest and it then takes 24 hours to heat up again.
- Please note that there is an additional £30 charge per pet.
