Family snowboard trip

We loved the location. The unit had holes on the ceiling in the shower and in one of the bedrooms. They were covered, but they still scared my daughter, and were quite unsightly. We are a family of four that stayed for three nights. Only four bath towels were provided, and one wash cloth. At least a second set would have helped. Also, no floor coverings/bath mats in the bathroom and with two kids water gets everywhere. There was a discrepancy for check out time between the email (11am) provided and the hard copy (10am) provided at check in, which was confusing. No cleaning supplies were available to do some spot cleaning. A broom and dustpan would have been helpful. Overall, a great stay though!
