AWESOME STAY

Loved every minute of my stay here. So convenient to shop, eat, tour, museums. Tgey have refrigerators and food storage. I was there for a week. The staff is awesome. Great place to stay

Avoid, stay somewhere else. Too much noise, light coming through the windows at all hours, pay a bit extra and avoid this place: the whole area is ropey. Bilbao is amazing though.

Just a typical hostel, nothing great. The major fault was there is no control of the rooms. I had a room where two girls came in for the evening at 10:30 and talked and fussed around until 1pm even after others in the room asked them to stay quite or go out. There is no one at night with authority to deal with this. I definitely wouldn’t stay here again.

The door of the shower booth doesn't close well, so the floor of the bathroom gets wet after you use the shower. The room is just above the bus stop, so it is very noisy until late at night. The blind of the window was broken and it was very bright outside all night maybe because of the bus stop , so it didn't get dark in the room at night. You should bring your eyemask.

Very average stay at Bilbao Metropolitan Hostel by Bossh Hotels. Staff were nice and allowed you to store bags or wait in reception until checkin / after checkout. Location felt a bit unsafe compared to other areas of Bilbao. My room had street lights outside which illuminated the whole of the room and there were no shutters to stop the light. General area was very minimal with not many facilities. Lockers were far too small to store any suitcase (backpack at best) and did not feel secure at all - I think I could have broken into one easily - so did not feel safe leaving any valuable locked up. Bed are close together and every night I had loud snorers so didn't get much sleep, and there are no curtains on the bed for privacy.

Réclamation officielle concernant mon séjour à Bilbao (réservation Hotels.com) Bonjour Hotels.com, Je souhaite déposer une réclamation officielle concernant mon récent séjour dans une auberge à Bilbao, réservée via votre plateforme. Selon les informations visibles sur Hotels.com, j’avais réservé une chambre pour 4 personnes. Cependant, le propriétaire m’a placée de force dans un dortoir de 8 personnes, en affirmant que « seules des femmes se trouvent ici », sans mon accord préalable. Lorsque j’ai essayé de lui expliquer qu’il y avait une erreur et de lui fournir ma référence de réservation, il a refusé de m’écouter et m’a dit de partir si cela ne me convenait pas. Il était déjà tard dans la nuit, et me demander de quitter l’établissement dans ces conditions m’a semblé totalement irresponsable et dangereux. La reception a changé la chambre et puis m’envoyé un autre code et effacé ma reservation precedent. De plus, l’endroit n’était pas sûr, avec la présence de personnes consommant de la drogue et de l’alcool à proximité. Je souhaite donc obtenir un dédommagement et discuter des conditions inacceptables dans lesquelles je n’ai pas pu séjourner correctement.
