It’s average, spacious, but lacks quality

Just lacked a bit of quality/ style. Lighting always harsh. Air fresheners are intrusive/ cheap, pillows/ linen etc not high enough quality

Modern hotel that is a bit antiseptic. Rooms are comfortable, air conditioning is good and beds are comfortable. No privacy in shower with clear glass door. Location is not great - a bit of a trek to everything but the fútbol stadium. And if you figure out how to discern whether an elevator that arrives is going up or down please let me know.

Wonderful Stay in Bilbao

Excellent in every way. Very clean, modern & comfortable rooms. All of the staff we encountered were extremely friendly & helpful. Hotel is next to the bus station & tram station & a great location for San Mames football stadium. We were in the city for the Europa League game. A lovely city with lovely people & very inexpensive.

Our 2nd stay at this hotel! Beautiful hotel, almost any type of toiletry you can think of in the room, a fantastic location for the bus station and about 30 mins from the old town. Would highly recommend!
