As a reminder, by booking with us you are agreeing to the following:

-NO additional unapproved visitors staying passed 10pm
-NO pets
-NO smoking/ vaping or drugs
-NO parties, loud noises or underage drinking
-NO damages to the property
-NO weapons of any kind
-PLEASE do not tamper with the brown cabinet( not for guest).
-PLEASE do not tamper with Cables/Modem under living room TV.
-PRIVATE Property sign on back end fence is not for guest entrance.

Our Emerald Cottage is a front end unit, it is an older home that still has a-lot of life to it, it offers a very cute , cozy and homey environment in such a wonderful neighborhood. Our charming cottage is equipped with:


Wifi: Our welcome book has the wifi information.

Kitchen: We offer a full kitchen, equipped with the tools to make your everyday meals for you and your family. We offer some goodies such as, coffee ( Keurig or drip) , tea and hot chocolate for all you caffeinated lover’s out there.

Bedroom 1: A Queen size bed, side table on both sides of the bed that are equipped with a charging station, alarm clock, lamps and a smart TV available in the room.

Bedroom 2: A XL twin size bunk bed, rated for adult use up to 350 lbs each bed ( 700 lbs total) . This room also houses a table with a charging station, lamp, alarm clock and a smart TV.

Bathroom: Provided with your everyday essentials such as towels , wash cloths, body soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, first aid kit, hair dryer, etc.

Living room: A comfortable couch with a chaise, a floating TV stand, 55 inch Roku TV, and a fireplace ( non operational , for decoration only)

Tv: Roku smart Tv’s are available in each bedroom and living room.

Washer and dryer is always available for use.

Kitchen Hutch: Wine and whisky glasses a available for your enjoyment.

Deck/ Yard: The deck includes a propane grill, (please be sure to turn off and throughly clean the grill after each use). A table and chairs followed by a side yard, all availble for your use.

Maintenance/Lawn: Please do not be alarmed, during the Spring- Fall we have someone who upkeeps and cuts the grass. Underground sprinklers installed and on timer.


Heating/Cooling: Please do not set the AC/heat too high/ low( located in guest book). Please make sure both units are set to the same setting, so they both can be cooling or heating at the same time.

Laundry: If you need to wash any of our bedding/ towels we ask that you wash our things with like colors only. Mixing different colors will damage our bedding/ Towels.

Mailing/ Deliveries: You are more than welcome to have things mailed to you however, we are not responsible for your mail/delivery.

Parking: You are welcome to park on the 1 car gravel driveway on the side of the house. There is also street parking available.

Security cameras are located only out side the home , the doorbell camera and 2 cameras on either side of the home. These cameras are all on and recording for safety.

Cleaning: We take pride in providing excellence in our service as a host , we use cleaning products that disinfects and sanitizes all areas of the home.

Check out instructions :
Check out is at 11am.

-We ask that you place any used towels in the washer add detergent and start the washer ( Gray and White towels can be washed together).

-Wash and put away any used dishes.

-Trash taken out to the black bin located at the side of the house.

-Please turn off all lights, lock windows.

- Lock the front door.

If you can, please let us know when you have checked out so that we can get the unit cleaned.
