If you want a place to sleep, it works and cheap. It was really outdated, and i mean really outdated. The wall A/C unit was so loud both me and my wife woke up thinking it was storming down raining outsite. For a smoke free room there were cigarette burns on the furniture and tub. Stains all over the furniture was also a turn off. All furniture ws so okd and worn i thought i was in my Aunt's antique shop. I stayed 2 night and i didn't mind. Only there to sleep 5 hours and out the door again to have fun in Biloxi.

Very rundown property. The rugs and furniture were dirty and in disrepair. The door didn't shut properly so it whistled with the wind all night. No blackout curtains so the streetlights shone in the window. Only positive was the location across from the beach.

Below average stay

Room was very dated. Upon arrival, two out of the three bulbs were burnt on the light fixture over the bathroom sink. The third bulb went out the next morning. After the third time asking, a very nice man came with two replacement bulbs. No idea why he didnt bring three...lol. One of the two bulbs were missing over the headboard of the bed, but we didnt even feel like bringing that up. Multiple receptacle cover plates were missing. Small pieces of insulation was falling from the ceiling throughout our stay. We were on the third floor facing the Waffle House and the entire time we were there was a whistling sound coming from the windows due to the wind blowing outside. The pillows were flat as pancakes and the top blanket was full of cigarette burnt holes. The bed was actually comfortable, so we went buy a couple pillows and a blanket from a nearby Wal-Mart the first night. In the end, you get what you pay for. The rate was cheap and so was the quality. You live and learn.

The positive reviews were definitely paid. There was a film of grease or an oil of some sort all over the floor. Couldn't walk around in even my socks. Bedding was from 1975 possibly. There were light pink blood spots on the mattress protector under the sheet that had pube like hairs in them. There were really crappy old blinds that did not close all the way with super bright outside lights beaming in all night. I could go on and on but what would that do. It's 2025 yall. Get it together. I want my money back but they must need it more.

The property is well located, this is the only pro. Cleaning is terrible towels had dark spots, the bathroom was dirty and there were roaches. The bed linen didn’t smell good. And the shower didn’t work . We had a terrible time there

I liked everything about the stay. We were there three nights. Its very close by to all of the attractions. The only thing is the beds werent comfortable at all. That is the only thing, other than that I will be gling back in the future! The staff was amazing!

Front desk gentleman and housekeeper were friendly. My room 623, was horrible. TV, Vanity light did not work and there was still blue tape around the lighting fixture and fire sprinkler head in bathroom, thank God there was no fire! Carpet frayed, exposed drywall and light coming through the bottom of the entry door. The one positive was that there was good shower water pressure. I will not stay here again. The worst room I have ever stayed in!

Not the best not the worst. A definite plus if you’re on a budget. Staff was agreeable. Property and room was clean like my house, but definitely not spotless. No bugs. Property and room were very dated. But for the price, well worth it. One of those cases where if you expect diamonds and gold, you’ll be disappointed. If you expect the worst say dirt and mud, you’ll be well satisfied to find stainless steel.

I loved the property. Very nice room. View was good as well. I think the balcony on the ground floor should be maintained. There was an overgrowth of the vines. Also, being on the ground floor there were children running all night and early morning so I didnt really get to relax like i wanted to. Overall, I had a great experience. Front desk people were warm and inviting. I look forward to staying here again.

Very pleased!!

It’s an older facility that has evidently had numerous updates! Very comfortable. Relaxing. Not certain if the floors are regular laminate or the rubber / plastic laminate. Looked VERY NICE!! And they MOP with a wet mop. However after showering with feet dried I walked from tub to vanity. After finishing there I got a towel and wiped my feet. Pretty black. I commend you guys for doing a real mopping!! Most places sweep the laminate. Sorry. That is nasty. So. No barefoot. A facility that size ALWAYS has maintenance to perform. Loved the blinds! Loved the second floor deck. Sit quietly and chill. Pool looked awesome! Ready for summer. We don’t visit often but will be returning at your facility!! Thank you!! Love the ducks! It’s uplifting. Tks again! Job well done!

Beach on a Budget
