Hard Rock has a great view of the gulf. The pool and walkability to many great places/restaurants. It was a fun getaway!

The staff at the restaurants were excellent. Very friendly and courteous. The hotel and casino was way too cold. Couldn’t enjoy myself because it was freezing on the casino floor and hallways leading to the rooms. Room service does not come unless you call. Would have been nice to know that when we checked in.

I really like the layout of the room. Two people could be at the sink at the same time and the shower was absolutely perfect. Dining was ok except if you have a minor with you; you can’t just browse the restaurants inside the casino. You had to go only to the one you planned to dine in. Other than that we had a good time.
