Even though we had a platinum non smoking room, the smell of cigarettes was too much. Add the extreme cold throughout the room and hallways, it was less than comfortable. We will not stay here again.

If you're gonna stay at this place you gotta stay in the platinum towers the rooms are magnificent with a beautiful view of the water which is the side that I was on but full glass window wall super awesome you'll enjoy it

Fire alarm

Ice maker on platinum tower was not working for entire week. Last night there the fire alarm went of multiple times throughout the night and per announcement was investigated and cleared. Then occurred 2 more times about 1.5-2 hours apart. Uncertain to causation but suspect faulty item. Requested from front desk manager via email after stay for accommodation for issue and was given gratuity for substantial inconveniences.

The rooms are amazing in the Platinum tower, but get one that faces the Gulf. Prices here remind me of Vegas 10 years ago, as everything was extremely affordable. The casino area is very clean and staff very friendly. If you are gambling, make sure to tip your dealers! Their hourly rate of pay seems very low, so they depend on the tips to make a living.
