Room had some furniture pieces that was broken. Sink had a ring in it. Hallway smelled of mold. Animals are invited in the hotel but not mentioned to customers. Smoking throughout the open areas. Toilet might as well been on the ground as it sat too low. I can go on and on but I will not be a return guest and should have stayed home.

Seems the floors could have been cleaner. There was a small sticky spot in the bathroom upon arrival - so small we just wiped it with a small wet towel. There was a mildly sticky area in a main walkway of the hotel - tho it was gone by next time we walked through. Otherwise all was perfect!

We stayed on the platinum side last time so we were excited to get back to the hard rock. However, they put us on the Royal side, which is above the casino. I have no idea if that’s why there was a smoky filled room with a fragrant to knock a horse over in the room the maids even left the bathroom fan running. To top matters off there was no hot water not in the sink not in the shower nothing so the front desk offered to ozone the room, but I didn’t feel like vacating for over an hour. I was too sick. I wanted to see the other room before I decided to check in to see if it had hot water or if it was so fragrant and smoky Because I just needed relief from the smells. They said they’re not allowed to show you the room but he could offer a partial day refund, but they’re not the booking agent. Enjoy the amenities people, but don’t stay there. I never will because if you have a problem, they’re not willing to fix it Especially Lena the manager.

The hotel was busy but well-managed. Some good onsite dining and drinking options, and a sizable pool area. The pool was definitely more of a hanging out area than a place to seriously swim in though, with a DJ blasting out the music to a partying crowd. A fun place to stay, and stacked full of music memorabilia. The location was a leisurely 15 minute walk from the new Amtrak station.
