There are no robes. The bed is hard as plywood. The shower leaked the entire time. The rooms are non-smoking but that isn’t enforced as the people next to us were smoking marijuana and we smelled it. Notified the hotel and they didn’t care. It felt dingy and not worth $129 much less the $271 we paid. Don’t do it, stay at the Beau.

The thermostat didn’t work in one room and the temperature never got down below 70, even though the thermostat was set on 65. The other room smelled like mildew so bad that we couldn’t stand it. One of the sinks didn’t drain and one of the rooms only had one showerhead working out of three.

Asked for a non smoking room, floor and room were non smoking. As soon as you get off elevator and get out landing and hallway wreaked of cigarettes. When entering room it smelled like going into an old bar. Wreaked of cigarettes and smelled just liked casino

Friendly staff, clean rooms. Room maintenance was lacking like Luke warm water to bath. Sinks drain very slow. One of the restaurants (Sugar Factory) Was short staffed. Cooks didn't show up. Had a very limited menu that wasn't up to par.
