The room had very strong mildew/mold smell. It was so pungent we had to leave early it was so bad. Absolutely no privacy in bathroom in a room that sleeps 4 makes no sense. Very awkward family vacation.

Hardrock had a great atmosphere and staff were friendly. The pool area and gulf views were amazing. There was great dining on site, and we could walk to other casinos from their location.

I thought everything was really good until the third morning when I kicked the sheets back because they tuck them so tight and I found blood stains on the sheet about half way down the bed. I was disgusted to know I had been sleeping on that so I talked to a manager and she said she would get housekeeping up there to get fresh sheets immediately but because I had booked it through Expedia she could not compensate me for the three nights I slept on those bloody sheets. She did offer 1 free night stay or a $50 food voucher, I told her the least she could do was 3 nights for the 3 nights I slept on the bloody sheets, she said I could get back with her tomorrow. The next day a different manager did agree to the three nights and told me the sheets had been washed before I slept on them but she didn't know why housekeeping had put those sheets back on a bed.

Hard Rock Biloxi room 903

The facility was nice, however our particular room faced the parking lot and street lights, with a panoramic window which not issue except the powered shades were not working there’s we we not able to close them. This made for a sleepless night due to the lights shining in all night. The carpet and couch was heavily stained from spills. We were in room 903 non smoking room as the guest next us were extremely loud obviously smoking weed causing discomfort for us as we had a child with us.

We love staying at the Hard Rock and it was even better this stay because we received a call the night before we went and was given an upgraded room to a king suite in the platinum tower!
