Loved the property location & the pool, restaurant options, and the staff were incredible. However, my non-smoking room absolutely reeked of cigarette smoke from the linens. I know it can’t be helped but as a non-smoker, it was a rough stay smell wise. Everything else about the property down to the parking garage was awesome.

Beautiful property! Amazing seeing all the art and memorabilia. Clean and comfortable room. No loud noises heard from room. Great birthday weekend! Will return with a larger group next time.

This hotel was definitely more geared towards adults. With the casino being a main attraction for guests and non guests. Hotel pool closed way too early though. As a couple who doesn't gamble we looked forward to a leisurely evening in the pool and hot tub. But they closed at 8pm.That was a bummer.

When booking, Beau Rivage was $450 and Hard Rock was $150. I quickly realized why. This place has went downhill faster than a degenerates bank account in the casino. Workers are very rude, everything needs updating. Would rather stay at a Motel 6 for the same price or even a little more. Arrive, valet closed, get into the garage elevator it’s broken, make it to room door lock doesn’t work, walk in security stops us asking where we are going so we reply to a restaurant, his response, I asked what one you are going to or you can’t get by-very polite guy and we didn’t know which restaurants were there to say which one we were going to, order several items from the restaurant and they were out of all of them and it took over 2 hours from sitting down to finishing in a half full restaurant. Plus several items were wrong but we were so tired of waiting just put up with it. All in all if comped a room here wouldn’t bother using it nor would I give it to an enemy. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this dump.
