My room was very clean, the bed was very firm but the bathroom door opens about a quarter of an inch from the toilet .Overall, it was a great visit.

Good Hotel to stay in when traveling.

The room was clean and comfortable and had everything you'd need. While I only stayed one night, had I stayed longer it would have been difficult to reuse my towels since there were no towel bars in the bathroom to hang them. Breakfast was OK. The employees were the real bright spot. Very helpful and friendly. I'd stay again.

The drain in the tub wasn’t working well when we first use the shower. It was late at night but as soon as I informed the lady at the reception she change our room and made sure everything else was in good working order. All staff in the morning are nice. Breakfast is also good. I read that part of amenities is a roof top garden but when I asked there is none. Otherwise, it was still a relaxing stay for us after a long drive.

The guest internet wouldn’t connect. The tv channel s were difficult to access. Once I finally began to watch a program, it would disappear. Then I would start the process over and be able to watch for maybe 55 minutes. There were 2 shampoos and a conditioner in the shower. Breakfast had instant oatmeal. We have stayed at this property a few times and had no problems. This time a 2 star experience. The staff said our comments would be passed on. And that our bill would be adjusted but nothing was done.
