Here you will find the impressive and completely renovated holiday home Haus Granitz. In the historic Binzprora you can enjoy the tranquility of everyday life with extensive walks, the sound of the sea and trips to the nearby nature. The direct beach location invites you to sunbathe and linger together. In a few minutes you can reach the Baltic Sea resort of Binz with its spa architecture villas or the port city of Sassnitz. A baker in the facility provides fresh bread every day. An elevator is available for easy access within the listed building.[nbsp] The already completed Granitz house is currently in a construction site area. The adjoining houses are currently being renovated.

Your friendly non-smoking 3-room apartment 110RB51 has 83 sqm of living space and is located on the 5th Floor of the house. From here you can enjoy a wonderful view over the pine forest and the Baltic Sea dunes, not only from the furnished balcony. The ultra-modern apartment, with two bathrooms, two bedrooms and an additional roof terrace with a 360 ° view, can be occupied by up to 4 people. The spacious apartment has an upstream hallway with a cloakroom and separate shower room. Adjacent is the beautiful kitchen with separate dining area. Eigentlich sehr schön…

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in Prora, dass man sein ganzes Gepäck 200m zum Haus schleppen muss, war schon eine Zumutung, auch andere Gäste machten ihrem Unmut Luft. Wenigstens zum Be.-und Entladen hätte man eine Zufahrt schaffen können. Der Platz wäre hierfür da gewesen. Aber es wird halt aktuell noch an allen Ecken und Enden gebaut.Einen freien Parkplatz zu finden war auch nicht immer einfach. Vermutlich ist dieses Problem in den nächste Wochen nicht mehr da. Die Wohnung ist sehr stilvoll, komplett und hochwertig eingerichtet, auch die Dachterasse ist traumhaft schön. Einziges Manko ist der fehlende Sonnenschirm. Weder auf dem Balkon noch auf der Dachterasse ist ein Sonnenschutz vorhanden. Wir hatten echt schönes Wetter, trotzdem war Sitzen auf dem Balkon bis gg. 15.00 Uhr in der prallen Sonne nicht möglich. Gleiches gilt für die tolle Dachterasse. Da ist bei dem Mietpreis definitiv Luft nach oben, wir haben im ganzen Haus keinen einzigen Balkon ohne Sonnenschirm gesehen. Anfragen bei Rujana ob irgendwo doch ein Sonnenschirm deponiert ist (hatten wir bei einer anderen Wohnung in Prora vor 2 Jahren schonmal, da gab es noch einen Abstellraum in einer anderen Etage) werden ignoriert, es geht niemand ans Telefon, Mails bleiben unbeantwortet.. Alles in Allem trotzdem empfehlenswert und an einem Sonnenschirm für 49.95€ wird es der Eigentümer perspektivisch sicher nicht scheitern lassen..
