Die Betreuung vor Ort war, wie auch schon in den vergangenen Jahren, vorbildlich. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment unserer Ankunft gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Upstalsboom kann froh über sein Personal vor Ort sein. Kleinere Beanstandungen wurden umgehend und anstandslos beseitigt.

Die Gästebetreuung war vorbildlich, das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das konnte man seinerzeit vom Personal in der Wohnanlage in Großenbrode nicht behaupten. Die Reinigung war verbesserungsfähig. Die Terrasse war stark verschmutzt durch Möwenkot, der nicht turnusgemäß beseitigt worden ist und daher infolge der Sonneneinwirkung eingebrannt war. Ihre Angestellte war aufgrund unserer Reklamation sehr bemüht, die Verschmutzung zu beseitigen, was aber ohne Einsatz eines Kärchers nicht gänzlich möglich ist. Das wäre die Aufgabe des Reinigungsdienstes gewesen, wie Ihre Mitarbeiterin nachvollziehbar bemerkt hat.
