There is also a dining table for those looking to have evenings in as well as a table and chairs in the garden for when you wish to dine outside on warmer days and evenings.

The kitchen is fully equipped and has everything you need for your stay- ideal for when you fancy a night in.

Bedroom 1 has a double bed and a wardrobe. It also has a large shower ensuite bathroom.

There is a private parking space just outside the apartment. The road outside also offers free parking.
It is a 17-minute walk from Birchington train station or a 3-minute cab ride.
The Loop bus runs along The Parade and takes you around Thanet to Broadstairs and Ramsgate.

The apartment can sleep up to 6 guests. If you require the use of the living room sofa bed, please let us know when you book.
The garden area is shared with the other five apartments in the building; however, the outdoor decked area with its table and chairs is for your private use.
