This home does NOT have direct lake access, but is located near the scenic Chetac Chain of Lakes, this property offers spectacular views, abundant wildlife, and year-round outdoor activities. The home features a large backyard perfect for games, gatherings, and bonfires, with direct access to trails and the serenity of the forest.

We’re located directly on the Tuscobia ATV and Snowmobile Trail, with instant access across the road. This trail runs for 65 miles and is well-maintained and clearly marked.
