Our place is located in Birkirkara, which is literally in the center of Malta, making it the ideal and most sought after location to explore the island. Valletta, Mdina/Rabat, St Julians, Sliema and beaches are all one bus ride away with Bus stops 100 meters from the apartment. 2min walking distance to Mc Donalds, Starbucks and many other coffee shops, restaurants, pharmacies, supermarkets etc .

In 2021 we successfully completed the renovation of this charming apartment with attention to detail and a modern design throughout. This spacious, bright apartment is on the first floor and served with a lift.
A massive and bright Kitchen, Living, Dining welcomes you as you enter the apartment equipped with a Big Flat Smart TV (Netflix available) and an extra large Sofa. Fully equipped kitchen to help you prepare nice meals. Kitchen leads to a big terrace overlooking a private garden.

On the other side of the apartment one finds 3 large double bedrooms, two of which have another terrace, 1 with en-suite shower. All bedrooms are equipped with double glazing windows for guaranteed peaceful nights. The main bathroom is very nicely finished and there is separate laundry room with both washing machine and dryer.
Linen and bath towels are included in the package. Wi-Fi is available all over the place and is free to use.

The location of this apartment is peaceful and safe during any time of the day. In close proximity one also finds San Anton Gardens, Ta Qali Park and a number of beautiful Churches one can visit. It is also few metres away from the chic Quad towers.
