Good value for money

Traffic from main road is noisy and I got woken up by the smell of cannabis coming through my window. Someone was smoking a joint at 5am outside the front of the hotel. Otherwise stay was fine and good value for money in comparison to single rooms at hotels.

Peaceful retreat in Birmingham

I really enjoyed my stay at Aparthotel Birmingham, the room was lovely, clean, cosy and quiet. The facilities are great, the kitchenette, Smart TV, onsite shop and The Hub. The location is excellent as it is close to the tram, making it easy to get to and from the city centre. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Decent but rooms won’t be cleaned.

I booked this place for a 3 night stay and arrived fairly late on the day of checkin. Check in was fine and quick, room was very comfortable and came equipped with all you would need for a short stay, the chromecast to the TV was a nice touch. About 20mins walk from Bullring and Ubers are easily accessible. The onsite shop is quite pricey. My issue came with the cleanliness, being a studio apartment with a cooker and oven, I was cooking, there was food waste in the bins provided and naturally the room became smelly with the food smell and bins overfilling. I had asked the lady at reception if she could change my bins 2 days in and was told the room is only cleaned once it had hit day 5 for guests staying 5 days or longer. She told me to leave the bin in the hallway if it was smelly, which I did but resulted in a foul smell in the hallway. I’ve never known a hotel not to clean a room after two days or even offer fresh linen/bedding, on this basis, I will not be returning.

This place is exceptional! We were upgraded from a studio to a one bedroom apartment and we were blown away. Check in and out were easy and we were just a couple of minutes away from the tram into town. The room had a fully functional kitchen including fridge and dishwasher. Everything was so far above anything we have experienced before and we would stay again without hesitation

Although they didnt ready my booking notes sadly, im extremely happy with with our stay. Absolutely stunning place, facilities and beyond thought. This place is 10/10 i would 100% recommend. Very clean, it has everything you can think of.

Staff were excellent and super polite and helpful. Rooms are beautiful, well equipped and clean. Only small compliaint is the thinness of walls - there was a surprising amount of noise from lifts/doors/guests especially from early morning. Not major and I would/will definitely stay again, but maybe something to know for lighter sleepers

Good trip lovely place My room had an intriguing smell on entry. Slight body odour. I’ll assume one of the cleaning staff was working over time that day. Maybe use reed diffusers Other than that minor issue great stay perfect
