Awesome place that's very affordable

It was a beautiful room the bathroom door knob was broke that was the only problem we had everything else accommodated our big family very well and I was so glad that you have that size room without me trying to buy a separate room for just my children to stay in the pool was great as well

We checked out early because our room smelled like mildew, I woke up with small bites on my legs, and the pool water was green with debris and clumps of hair floating in it! It’s disgusting— DO NOT STAY HERE

After driving all day, my kids were very exciting to swim. We picked the hotel because it had an indoor pool. The pool was disgusting. It was green. The pump was not working. The lady at the front desk said chemicals were just added and it was safe, but there wasn’t any water circulating and looked awful. We opted out of letting our little ones swim in it. They were so bummed. Our room also had a terrible smell. It smelled like animal piss. We would not recommend and will not be returning.

Customer service was terrible and the hotel had a musty smell. Our first room had air purifiers that were not to be used when occupied. We then tried 2 other rooms. The front desk said the manager didn’t want to talk to us. Call back Monday.

I was moved into a room that was placed in poor conditions air not working one of the beds broken. Spoke with desk assistant regarding issues sen to see room on 3rd floos in said condition as our room 221. I did speak with manager Madison next morning when she made it in to work morning. She did move to a room that was in better condition. But I feel we should be reimbursed for the 1st night awful stay
